Last month, we received two of the 3D printers bought from money raised through the Imagine Capital Campaign. We have had lots of interest in this new technology, Mr.Jonker has been helping, by hosting a number of after school drop-in sessions at the Secondary Campus library for our staff to learn how to design & print in 3D. Here is one of our first custom prints... a gauge plate Mr.Jonker designed and made for our Motor Club's race car. It fits over where the stereo was. And Mr. A Vandenberg & Mr.Wall's math classes have been designing and printing our first student designs. |
